-Delivery and event setup in Martin, St. Lucie, or Palm Beach County

All rental services require access to a standard 110v electrical outlet to power the mirror. If customers are unable to provide the necessary power, INSTA-PICS can supply our own power via generator for a fee of $45
In order to use any of the AI services or do any cloud sharing, the mirror must be connected to a wireless network. If necessary, INSTA-PICS can provide its own WIFI network for a fee of $25
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event, a deposit of $150 will be collected at the time of booking to confirm and hold your time slot. The remaining payment must be made in full at least an hour prior to the event start time. Failure to provide payment will result in cancellation of the event and INSTA-PICS will keep the deposit. If clients are renting for an outdoor event, they must provide adequate cover to protect the mirror from exposure to the elements, especially rain. If clients are unable to provide proper cover at the time of their event and there is hazardous weather, INSTA-PICS reserves the right to reschedule the event or refund payment, minus the deposit.
